People with negative attitudes at your office can bring down the whole team.

"There are just some people with bad attitudes. We call them 'bozos,'" says Ryan Urban, the co-founder of marketing platform Bounce Exchange.

While Urban adds these people may be the hardest workers in the company and do incredibly well on an individual level, anyone who brings down the company's culture isn't worth it.

Urban voiced his advice during a panel about culture moderated by David Shanklin of CultureIQ, a culture engagement platform and Entrepreneur's partner for the Top Company Cultures list . The panel consisted of two of last year's winners from our Top Company Culture list -- Ben Kirshner, the CEO of digital marketing agency Elite SEM, and Urban -- and Chana Fitton, the COO of seed firm The Rippel Foundation.

In the video, Urban describes when and how to let these people go.
