If you screw up startup, it's your screw up; take responsibility for it, says Kanwal Rekhi when talking about the traits an entrepreneur should have. Counting honour as a must, he adds that an entrepreneur should be responsible, intellectually honest and most of all a leader of people.

Kanwal calls himself a technology person. Talking about the Startup India initiative, he said, "If they do half the things they promised, it will transform India."
