Thais Sky, co-founder of Amplify Collective, knows what it's like to have to adapt. Her family moved to Japan when she was 2 years old, then to Brazil and later to the United States. As a result of those moves, and due to changes in her family dynamic, Sky had to learn how to make the best of any situation.

In this video, Sky tells Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars how difficult that was for her, but also how important it was for her future entrepreneurship. She learned not to get too attached to anything, and she uses that mindset now when she needs to pivot for the good of her business.
