You might think an athletic trainer like Tony Horton has a regimented schedule -- that he eats the same food every day at the same time with precisely the same portioins. He doesn't. He says he eats when he's hungry. However, Horton does keep a list in his head at all times of the foods he absolutely will not eat. He has options, but he makes sure all of them are good ones -- something we could learn from in both health and in our businesses.
