The Indian Supreme Court quashing the Colonian-era Section 377 that criminalized homosexuality will go down history as among the biggest achievements of the Indian legal system and a gift of its citizens.

In this series dedicated to the LGBTQ flagbearers, Entrepreneur India spoke to some super successful Indians who believe businesses can benefit largely from inclusion.

The founder of Kronokare Cosmetics Cyril Feuillebois, newly hitched with The Lalit's scion Keshav Suri, on being asked about the expected change in the business ecosystem says that while earlier corporates were shy about taking a step forward thinking that their business might suffer or they should be more conservative, the judgment has created a comfortable zone for people to embrace their nature.

"Corporates will now be more comfortable in raising their voice, in welcoming this community and also get business from them as they have a very disposable income due to the fact that 95 per cent of them do not have children and it's also a community to welcome in your company," says

Feuillebois created Kronokare soon after his management course at IIM-Lucknow. His company provides hotel chains and many boutique hotels all over India with

His company Kronokare supplies toiletries free of Sulphate, silicone, mineral oil, and paraben to the country's top luxury hotels including The Lalit Hotel, Hyatt Andaz Golden Palms, Select Hotels, Casa Boutique Hotels, Labode Hotel. It also enjoys a range of hair oil and massage oil 100 per cent natural for spa and beauty parlours.

India's People Are Its Strength

On being asked about what he thinks is the most attractive thing about starting a company in India he gives all the credit to the country and its residents for the sustainability of the business.

"The one absolutely unique thing about India is Indians as they have this way of welcoming you and they are generous and curious. I see my team who are young and below thirty and I see their energy, devotion, honesty, talent, patience and hard work is the best reward you can get. Making something together and see that we are all going in the same direction is irreplaceable!"

While answering the next question about how he thinks the ecosystem will really change and what, in his opinion, is the first change that we're going to see, his answer was one about acceptance.

Businesses Will Lead the Change

Feuillebois believes that India will see people being more productive and feeling accepted and therefore giving the best in the business.

While appreciating the teams working around him, he says, "When you see that kind of cooperation, you can only boost the business, you can have ideas and implement them and really have the people involved and I wish all the organisations to have the same."

Message to Indians

On his message to the community and to the Indians is simple.

Being the biggest democracy in the world, what we are trying to accomplish here is definitely unique. So be proud of being an Indian and contribute to it as much as possible"
