In this video, Entrepreneur Network Jack Canfield talks about the effectiveness of visualization to help you achieve your goals.
Visualization can help you achieve your goals for a number of reasons, including structural tension -- or the difference between your current reality and where you want to be -- which can help to encourag a persont o either give up a goal or go after making it a reality.
Moreover, visualization has the added benefit of being extremely to practice anywhere. Maybe it can happen on a bus, on a park bench or wherever or whenever you have some free time.
Try to practice visualization every day. Canfield recommends engaging in visualization either in the morning or the afternoon of each day. This way, you can go to sleep with your goals clearly in your mind, and you can wake up with your goals readily available.
