1. Microsoft has snatched back its position from Amazon. The software company has replaced Amazon as the second most valuable company in the US.

2. IBM ups its cloud computing game. In its biggest transaction till date, the global IT Company is reportedly acquiring software company Red Hat Inc for $34 billion.

3. PepsiCo India goes digital. The F&B giant is working to digitally connect its 10 million retailers and 600 million consumers with the supplier.

4. Google may give you a Play Pass. The tech giant may launch a subscription service to offer users paid apps and games for a monthly fee on Play Store.
